Exhibitor Load-In/Load-Out

• Exhibitor Load-In: Tuesday, August 25 – 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
  Expo will be open from 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm on Tuesday, August 25
• Exhibitor Load-Out: Thursday, August 27 — 12:00 pm
  Expo will be open from 7:30 am – 12:00 pm on Thursday, August 27

Exhibit Information

• Each 10x10 exhibit space includes black pipe & drape, ID sign, an 8’ table, 2 chairs, and 110v power.
• To order additional services (shipment storage, additional tables/chairs, etc.) please visit the

• Wi-Fi is included

Shipping

If you choose to ship your booth items in advance of the conference, the Greater Tacoma Convention Center will begin accepting shipments no earlier than Wednesday, August 19th.

Exhibitors are required to make their own return shipping arrangements. All return shipments will require a return label affixed to the package/freight and a pick-up from your carrier of choice will need to be scheduled during facility business hours. Packaged/labeled items can remain in your booth and staff will bring them to the shipping/receiving office for scheduled pickup.
